This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel.
It happens when I try to look at Yahoo Mail. I`ve tried re-installing Yahoo messenger.
Reinstall your browser.
And then reinstall Yahoo!Mail if you still have programs.
The link lost connection with the browser.
Good luck
File association is what application your computer uses to open files.
after the file name there is a DOT with 3 letters like love_song.mp3
The computers file association may have win-amp or windows media player assigned as a default to open that music file (depending on your set up)
That's what file association is.
So what is it exactly that you are trying to open?
I open my yahoo mail online in my browser.
If you have your mail delivered to your computer, you need to open it with a mail client.
Eudra, thunderbird or outlook express/windows mail
you can right click a file and select 'open with' and then choose a program on your PC to try to open it with.
If this happening when you try to click on an enclosure in a message and hit "open"?
You can try to save the enclosure on the desktop instead, then right click it and hit "open with" and select the right application. Click the "always open with selected" box.
Or is it when you try to click an internet link etc? If so, you may want to try reinstalling internet explorer or firefox etc or checking to see if it is set as the default browser.
You'll need to reinstall whatever you did for Yahoo Mail.
I could use some help again...
