I've been looking all over for a good place to watch Level C, and I've come up completely empty-handed. The best I've found is a third of the episode without sound. Is there anywhere at all that might have it?? I've checked Veoh, Youtube, Crunchyroll, and several anime-watching sites already. At this point, I'd even settle for downloading it, so long as it's free.
Sorry to be picky, but: Please don't recommend a huge list of sites and don't recommend a general anime-watching site if you don't know Level C is on it, because I don't think I can go through another hour of clicking links and searching around sites.
