We want to distribute locks made in China in the USA. We have
experience in distribution business but not with locks. We are
particularly interested in distributing high end locks that work with
id cards and fingerprints. We have a good supplier. We need to find
someone who knows the lock business as well as some effective
independent sales reps that can call on the large discount chains like
Cosco. We plan to sell the locks both direct to end users as well as
through Cosco. Of particular interest to us is the office and
industrial construction market and retrofitting hotels with electronic
locks.

Are you asking Google Researchers to provide you with actual names and
contact information for people (e.g. sales reps)? If so,
unfortunately, that's against the Google rules. If this is, indeed,
what you're after, my advice would be to hire a headhunting firm and
let them do this work for you.

There are several parts to my question. The first one is relating to
finding a person that has overview knowledge of the lock business.
This individual would be a former sales executive of Weiser or another
major lock company. The second part of the question is locating
independent reps, knowledgeable with locks and selling to Cosco and to
architects and to hotel chains. The third part of the question
relates to finding documents like analyst reports on publicly traded
lock companies. Probably the best way to start is to locate the
public companies, look up their 10Ks, trace the key executives and
track those that are no longer serving the company. There must be
other ways as well. Good luck. Don't hesitate to ask for further
guideance.

as a researcher would pointing to independent sales rep company
websites contact information for particular clients like hotels be
enough to constitute as an answer. This is just my strategy. Just let
me know and if you like this idea tell me what other markets you would
like to sell this so I could provide more information.
The third part of the question is not worth $150. Maybe I should post
a separate question dealing with the third part by itself.
