i'm doing a research for the following statement relating to design
law and law of patents: "one effective way of insuring that an
individual will benefit from the possession of knowledge is to assign
to him a right or entitlement to access, use and enjoy infomraiton. in
turn, he or she must also be able to invoke the coercive machinery of
the state in order to do so". please advise the relevant websites or
articles which could help me to conclude the research. besides, i am
welcome if you could give some critically evaluations on such
statement.
